Three years of nothing but poor advice and constant deductions each month. No idea re maintaining a property. Every time tenants break something we are presented with a large bill. E.g. Replaced fridge freezer as old Bosch one broken turns out filter was blocked - couldn't even work that out. Shower replacement screen broken by tenants given £300 bill - managed to buy rollers for £30 and replace myself! Hoover made to buy a new one turns out old one just needed emptying and filter cleaning. They never check properly before sending expensive tradesman to property. Told to replace boiler they only got one quote we got two more opinions and both said it needed some maintenance saved £1000 kings approach is slpdash to make them the most profit aatowners expense. Bought property from Kings told HMO compliant council failed inspection and we had to spend £2000 to make compliant. Kings took no responsibility - surely as management agents they know HMO regulations it appears not! Steer clear and do not trust anything they say. This year rent never paid on time they also advertised it for £200 per month less less than we agreed disorganised rude and unhelpful.
Wow I'm letting from kings and its great . we constantly keep our neighbours up with all night party's , girls screaming ,loud music starting at 11 pm .we can be sick in the street and smoke drugs all day no one says a thing .
