After a bad experience with a previous Estate Agent, I chose Kings as I enjoyed dealing with Tim Hastilow previously. I was introduced to the Team, and Anesu was fantastic. He guided me through the whole process professionally, showed me how the whole online portal worked, which was actually quite interesting. It showed how many views etc, and we very quickly had 3 offers to rent my flat. I ended with great tenants, significantly more rent, and the whole process was very swift. The best part was that property was only vacant for a short period of time in-between tenancies. Highly recommend.
