Once you see a property of interest we will then arrange viewings, by prior appointment, that are suitable for both you and the seller.

Of course we highly would recommend early viewing to secure any property and avoid disappointment.

If its the right one for you then we will then put your offer forward to the seller. Any offer is subject to a contract being signed. There are no legal obligations on either side until the contract is signed. If your offer is accepted then this is the time that you instruct your solicitor to proceed immediately.
